If you own a Holiday Park whether it's a static caravans or holiday lodges, our dedicated team of cleaning staff do all they can to ensure your holiday park makes the right first impression to your new guests.

Aviemore Executive Cleaning Ltd offer a full cleaning service to Holiday Parks and associated properties at an affordable price, this includes the holiday let properties themselves as well as the other associated holiday park buildings such as shower blocks, clubhouse, reception areas and offices etc, by taking out a regular cleaning contract with us we can offer special rates.

We can also offer upholstery cleaning and window cleaning as part of our Holiday Park cleaning service, so whatever your requirements are we can make sure your properties are ready to advertise again in the quickest time possible.

All our staff are fully vetted and trained to a high standard and we are fully insured to give you that added peace of mind and all our services are can be completely customised to your specific requirements.

Cleaning Schedule

Clean and vacuum/mop the floors.
Give the surfaces, window sills, the TV, e.t.c. a dust.
Remove any magazines, newspapers, rubbish etc that might have been left behind.
Make sure that things like fuel for fires e.t.c. are stocked up.

Clean any open fires or log burners.
Vacuum and refresh sofas and armchairs.
Get rid of any spiders and their webs.

clean and wipe down doors and the door frame
clean and wipe skirting boards
clean and wipe and radiators
dust picture frames and lamp shapes

clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
clean the windows inside only
clean window frames and window sills

cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers inside and out, remove stains, marks, dirt and finger prints*
clean the fridge and freezer inside and out,*
clean the hubs and oven outside*
clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks where possible
clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
clean the extractor over the cooker*

dispose of any left over food / do the dishes
clean and wash the sink, *remove lime scale and polish
clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints where possible
dust lamp shape and light switches where possible
hoovering and mop the floor (if not carpeted)
steam cleaning of tiles and floors making it germ free (charged extra)

clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside, if the client require it could be done inside as well - extra time may be required to take the belongings out of the wardrobes, clean inside and put them back
dust and polish all tops and surfaces
wipe picture frames and lamp shapes
clean and wipe skirting boards
clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
hoovering and mop the floor where necessary
Make all of the beds up with clean bedding.

clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
clean and wash the bathtub(shower cabin), polishing the tabs
clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, *remove lime scale
polishing mirrors and glasses
clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
clean the cabinets inside and out (if there are any)

clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
hoovering and mop the floor
clean and dust the fan (if possible)
clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints
steam cleaning of tiles and floors to remove stubborn dirty's and kill germs (charged extra)

We can also offer additional services such as carpet cleaning, jetwashing areas / block paving cleaning, laundry services, handyman services and minor decorating i.e touching up paintwork etc where required in conjunction with our carefully selected local partners.

Note: Cleaning Tasks marked with * can take twice the time the to perform please allow extra time when such task are required of the cleaner, this might increase the number of hours.
